Plumbing Renovations
Steve and Jane Wilson needed expert help when they bought historic Lamb House in Kangaroo Point. Their ageing house was uninhabitable, the internal plumbing no longer worked, and the sewer and stormwater system was crumbling.
Slick N Co worked closely with JDA Co Architects and Chapman Builders to bring our customer’s vision to life. We installed new internal plumbing in two of the six bedrooms that were repurposed as bathrooms. An existing bathroom was restored while a new powder room was also installed on the ground floor.

We specialise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within residential settings, such as houses, apartments, and other living spaces. Our maintenance plumbing includes fixing water leaks, blocked toilets, CCTV inspections, burst pipe repairs, drainage pipe relining, and hot water repairs.
How Do I Connect my Property to Grid Water, Sewer, and Gas?
Homes and commercial premises built on new development sites will need to connect to council services for water and sewer services, and gas services if used.
Trenches are first dug and the pipes are laid from the new building to the main service lines. If a property needs to upgrade its water, sewer, or gas capacity, excavation will be needed to lay new pipes and connect to the grid.
